PAD-site sistemi uluslararası bir sistemdir.Program üreticileri hazırladıkları PAD dosya ile PAD-site yayıncılarına başvururlar ve programlarının yayınlanmasını talep ederler.PAD-site linkleri program üreticilerinin ulaşmasını sağlayacak bir çok web portalında bulunmaktadır.PAD-site Uluslararası bir sistem olduğu, ortak bir dil gerektirdiği ve sadece program/yazılım üreticilerini ilgilendirdiği için PAD dosya gönderme ve bu aşamada belirlenen koşulların okunulabilirliği açısından üretici firmaların yararlanacağı ilgili kısımlar İngilizce olarak yazılmıştır.İngilizce olan bu kısımlar linklerin altında belirtilmiştir.

- Access the Black List for banned domains
- This is the black list (plain text mode) containing the domain name parts (without 'http://' prefix and subdomains) from PAD files we have banned due to violations of our submission terms (third party affiliates, duplicates, adware, affiliate cheating, spam, rogue & scam etc.). If you own a download site and want to clean it up from unwanted listings, feel free to export this list for further usage and do not forget to pick it up for updates periodically.
